Phone under 15k for ladies

Gifting a phone to my sister. Budget is 15k. I assume it's mainly used for calls, fb and pictures. Need suggestions. Doesn't need to an an android. Windows also okay.

Xperia M2 is out of range and anywho sister doesn't prefer Sony due to past experiences.

No front cam for selfies and no flash for back camera.
She used lumia in the past and I was hoping to gift her lumia again. Too bad not a choice. Should get moto G I guess. Or some other android.

Why using a different Id? I guess if you can get it confirmed, merge both the IDs through Sushubh...

I used to login through google sign in. sushubh removed it. so created an new id.

Sony Xperia L is the best bet. If not Moto G. Or perhaps Lumia 625 or some other Lumia phone. Check in Flipkart by selecting the price parameter, Go for some reputed brand (not Karbonn, Micromax etc.) and compare the features and reviews. I had gifted my sister a Huawei phone last year and they are fairly good too. BTW are you the dextermorgan at ICF too?

If by any chance MOTO G goes out from your List, I've recently seen XOLO Q1100 with nice specs and price tag.

and XOLO Q1010i, certainly looks better than all those 1000's of look alike phones in market, Distinct and Crisp Looks.

This is turning out to be unnecessarily complicated. Wanted lumia but too many drawbacks. Wanted Moto G but after checking it out in real life, camera is mediocre.
Sony is out of consideration since sis doesn't like sony or its android skin.
Left is indian brands like xolo, micromax etc. Iam not comfortable gifting her indian brands due to reservations about after sales services.
should order it tonite..will consider all choices.
