Plan changed but not speed!!!

I had to wait almost 1 month for the plan to be changed as its suppose to take effect from "next billing cycle". Today the plan was changed and I confirmed it by logging to my account and checking "my plan" but they havent changed the speeds...why? I dont see a reason why it should take time for the speed but is it something they do it manually later on?

After little hassle finally managed to get it. Just noticed I have a postpaid connection and they have send me bill for the month of March- April month...This is advance payment. Someone pls explain me the meaning of "post paid", I thought it was always use and pay and not pay and use.

Haven't u seen office office kindly check your router whether it is capped at the old plan speed as bandwidth management at AAA is attached to the plan speed.regardsnettlynx networks
