considering its bsnl i am not amazed.though i got to admit the lowest i have seen for 2mbps was 200kbps.

This is never true for me.. even though it shows like that..
Dataone speedtester dances like this.. so i use speedtest.net, where we can also find our upload speed..

Dont beleive these speed test, they give correct results , but incorrect also (we dont know when),

We can tease other (non bsnl) users showing these things.. only of that help..
