I had the same problem with my plex server. It was usable at wee hours. I guess Jio has very low bandwidth peering with Europe. Or there may be some other issue. My plex server was working fine for a year and suddenly it started crawling a few months back. And then it became normal again yesterday.

I doubt that.
There are some sites that give me only 10-20kBps speed during day but at night (between 2AM - 6AM) even those sites start giving better speeds and at the same time this veendam server also start showing better speeds. something somehwre is wrong with JIO. If anyone has any other ISP then maybe try that. I have started a smiliar thread in airtel section to see if airtel is also having the same issue.

I am on a local isp who is using tata and airtel for international transit I am getting 75 mbps down and 47 mbps up with a ping of 185ms to this server

RailWire, speed is usually poor in foreign servers for me but this one is having decent speed.

My bad, I always keep a VPN running on my chrome extensions. Here's the result without the VPN.

Latency to EU is currently improving on Jio (with London as exception). I used to get 180ms to Frankfurt but nowadays I'm getting 146ms stable. Jio is also having a bit of stability issues at night to international servers.
