Please suggest me a broadband connection that is available in Pallikaranai, Chennai

I am looking for a broadband connection in Pallikaranai, Chennai. My requirements are minimum 10MbPS speed and should have the good upload speed too and also the FuP should also be high with a minimum of 80GB. I have contacted Airtel and they are saying that though the feasibility is there, all the connections are full. Also, BSNL doesn't have feasibility.

BSNL is the only wired internet connection here in this dead spot semi urban village. I ve been here for 4 years now and its been a horrible experience with the internet speeds. Waiting for ACT to act fast
