pls chk t above link..... i hav posted my usage screenshot.... in that u can see that today @ 9 AM my BB plan changed to Unlimited C 750..... but when i called t customer care at 10 AM........ they said ur plan is stil in COMBO 600 n it wil tak two or three days to change into Unlimited 750...... now i want to knw is whether my plan is changed or not........ coz it now shows 0 for my usage as u can c my last usage in t screenshot.....

thanx in advance for ur replies........
 
1. What is the chargeable units excluding night unlimited ? Is it also zero ?2. From which site do you got this data ? Better take no risk and wait for 3 more days. 3. Check the order status and report the plan status and effective date.

1. actually t usage u c on t screenshot i.e 0.111 GB is wht i got when i was in COMBO 600 excludin night usage as it was free in that plan combo 600.....

2. I got this usage details frm Dataone WebMail....... c t below pic.......

3. now u can c my last usage in t below pic.......... i hav used 7074 KB but it was shown as zero in t right end..... if u cant c it click on t pic or open t pic in new tab or window for better viewin.....

Please avoid sms language. Very difficult to read.

I can confirm your plan change only if I can see your postpaid orders screen shot. But from the screen shot you have posted, your plan seem to be UL 750 combo. To be on safer side, wait till you check the post paid orders or confirmation from BSNL.

sorry for texting like that..... the website ( BSNL Portal ) which you gav asks for a portal ID and Password....... i have only this ID [email protected] ...... but its not logging in when i enter as PORTAL ID s_malligaa_bsnl PASSWORD ****** ....... when i tried to enter t PORTAL ID as [email protected] ....... it doesnt have that much length in it to accomodate..... pls tell what is the portal Id for me.......

Go to this site : What Is My IP Address? Lookup IP, Hide IP, Change IP, Trace IP and more...

Check what is your IP ? Check whether it starts as 117.xx.xx.xx or 59.xx.xx.xx. I think yours is 59.xx.xx.xx, so that portal will not work. Ignore it. I think your plan has changed to Unlimited 750. Start using it. Keep the screen shot safe. You can show it if there is any dispute.

yeah you are right my ip starts with 59.xx.xx.xx.......
