PLZ HELP-between 2am 8am dnld speed so slow

PLZ help me guys. just 1 week i am with dataone 500 plan,which have night unlimited dwnld (2am-8am).i have dwnld spedd between 80-200kbps which is fine. but in between 2am-8am- dwnld speed r 3kb-12kb. plz help me guys. i choose 500plan only night unlimited dwld. plz hepl me. why it hapeen.and how i solve it.plz.thank u

if you are using torrents enable encryption for outgoing traffic in uTorrent.

put speed test results for day and nights.Also please check if you have nay sync loss problems at night.check if the line rate in ADSL modem remains constant during day and night.a few screen shots will help us answer you better.

thanks for replying guys.for mac-put speed test results for day and nights.sandip-i do. speed test result r moreor less same .for example it say ur currents bandwith 1.29mb and ur dwnlod speed 202kbps. but in day day i got the speed between-80-200kbps but in night i got 3-12kbps.mac-Also please check if you have nay sync loss problems at night.sandip- how i check it?mac-check if the line rate in ADSL modem remains constant during day and night.sandip-how i check it?for whitestar_999in torrents situation is more pathethik. day or night i got only .1 or.4kbps. even 0.0kbps for some time i got 16kbps for few min. according to ur sugesion im enable encryption for outgoing traffic in uTorrent. i m also disable DHT. but put behind the torrent prob plz help me on basic dwnld prob. mainly i use opera for link-removed dwnld.in day i got the speed about 80-202kbps but in night unlimited 2am-8am- i got only 3-14knps. plz help

if you are getting good speeds in daytime but low speeds during night time only then problem is with your local exchange.to confirm this download from some other site like microsoft,sun microsytems(java setup),softpedia etc. with a download manager like flashget,IDM etc & see how much speed you get.try this at different times(9PM,10PM,3AM,10AM) & if the results are very different as you are saying(200KBps in day & 3KBps in night) then contact your local exchange telling them about this.

for whitestar_999inday time say 8.30-1am. speed is more or less in between 80-2002kbps. i hve 500plan which offer 2.5gb dwnld/upld limit and also night unlimited 2am-8am. so i use dwnld between 2am-8am tht time speed go so slow . today i call local exchange but they cant help . the guys give me customer care ph no but i try lot. icould not conect them. my question is however 2am-8am is free thts the reson bsnl make the dwnld speed so slow or it is prob with my connection. i m sorry my english is do poor .thnls

i am having no problem with 2-8AM speeds but some users claimed that in their area speed drops in this time.open your modem settings(type 192.168.1.1 in your browser).you will be asked for username/password.it depends on your modem.use google to find the default username/password(e.g."UT300RTU default password" in google search).after opening the settings page look for "status" tab.there note some values like SNR,Line attn & post them here.still i doubt that this speed drop has something to do with your end.in my view ask for the engineer at the local exchange who manages things there & ask him why this speed drop in night time only.also ask some one you know who is using the same plan in your area if he is having the same problem.
