well TS has more transponders than others. So they should seriously think of changing to Mpeg4 technology to allocate more channels per transponder. And also they need to little bit change their packages also regionally. Till now TS provides most the needed channels. But they lack many regional channels...So to accommodate more they should change to Mpeg4 Technology as soon as possible. Airtel is launching in a big way. They packaging is also quite good.. It ll be clear in a days time as to how Airtel performs.. Tough times for TS..

1. Switch to MPEG4 Technology2. Reduce the Cost of packages3. Include More regional channels4. Installation fee should be zero.. never bother if they take back the STB when connection is terminated.5. Sterophonic sounds on Channels6. HD channels
