Pmpl Meghbala Torrent peering Speed s***s Big time,and has been doing for some time now at least last 3 months .calling CC does not help they say that the torrents are doing this and they have no control over this yet it is a cached file which is stored locally on ISP Nas.thinking of getting rid of this cra**y service.
