since the launch of airtel 4G in Delhi, i was so eager about it & probably one of the early customer who got 128bit sim at that time airtel was on 2300mhz only for it has no chance to penetrate into the metro cities, coverage was poor till date but it was a new technology so i used to it whenever i got 4G bars,
Suddenly i noticed on heavy usage with 4G battery getting drain like it was competing with the clock so i switched back to 3G & from there never ON the lte mode.
But with the lauch of Jio 4G, as per the newly launched LYF Preview offer in early May I calculated my internet/broadband bills & thought to give a try for 3 months as it almost equates with my three months bill, so enjoyed for 3 months.
++After the open launch to everyone it became a mess & a third grade operator...
--There is no support from no CC no in-person supoort
--Never went to RDx mini store after buying LYf cos they become like vegetable markets.
--10-20 days Sim waiting time & 10 days activation period WTF?
--Highly unreliable calls (most ppl don't have Volte majority of them)
--Internet is also became messy (there has problem with every third site & server)
--Everyone aware of their tarrif launch.
So here my question is...
Will you throw your sim after 31st or use it as secondary option.
I'm not offending anyone, I've only said above what i experienced.
Do share your experience.

For me ,Free calls for 150Rs is affordable and for data i'll stick to my broadband. There's never going to unlimited plans like T-Mo or At&t like in the US.

I don't have broadband at home so I was expecting either full unlimited or FUP of at least 2mbps. Their night timings are pretty awkward. So its big disappointment for me. I would switch to BSNL 1099 plan.
I may give my SIM to my father for using 149 unlimited calling if their calling improves.

I will keep it specially for high speed internet. Recharge it for 1 month and use the night unlimited for downloading if it exist after commercial launch.

I am gonna keep it as a secondary service just in case if it improves the call quality.....as for the data is concerned haven't decided yet....because the signal is so weak in my room only two bars..enough for voice calls..I believe other players had come to terms with Jio for providing additional POI.....Lets see how it turns out

Telecom truce! Bharti Airtel agrees to take Jio's voice call, says will provide additional POIs - The Economic Times

What about quality of signal in your house and rooms ? Does anyone get full signal inside your house ?

good, i wonder how a data centric telco will end up being a voice centric operator.
all mine friends on postpaid saying that will move to Jio cos their are offering better voice plans.

My phone supports 1800 & 2300 volte & i get 1-2 bars of 1800 inside house but calls barley connects on single bar.
