PON issue, not registering ( only registers sometimes at night )

ask lco to increase signal strength , should be less than - 26
you can exchange ont with seller / Syrotech if in warranty & after increasing strength also not connecting
see some old posts in this forum
Can anyone please say if the signal level of my line is fair or not? Please check the attachment.

For the past two weeks the connection was dropping continuously from some minutes to a couple of hours and there was no internet. The LOS red light was also blinking continuously at the same time. After raising the complaint the cable technician came and said that the signal level is fluctuating too much from -27 to -37, and said they'll rectify the problem very soon.

From today evening the RX level is always around -25, and there's no connection drop nor the LOS red light blinking. Does it mean that they resolved the issue? Or the issue with the signal is still there? What's the ideal level needed for these numbers?

Receiving Light Power:-31.5dBm

This is not good. It should be -26 or less (i.e. -25, -24 etc.).

EDIT: I bought a new DBC EPON ONT, and PON failed to light up again, but in this ONT the rx power is 29.xx somehow, I'm failed to acknowledge what's the issue now, maybe that's why it registers at night? cause Rx somehow increases at night,

Does anyone have any solutions? I'm tired this exhaust me , this isn't mac issue, confirmed.

LCO has used too many splitters, & in my area, it is just two ONT me & LCO's Parents XD, the last splitter connection is what i;m using, there's no any other line beside that,

in general, if ftth is A to Z then I'm at Z, any solution to that?

So finally I bought a [ EPON ONU 1GZ V4 ], this device works on high power up to 29~, and the connection got registered at 28.5 RX (this is really low btw make sure yours is ~ >27~ ) it was indeed a low RX power issue, unfortunately, LCO cannot increase power more than that, after 1.5 Months of installing BSNL FTTH it worked for the whole day/for the first time XD?, default Syrotech Routers failed to register at 27>+ RX, and sometimes failed to measure exact power,

when I measured RX in meters it was more than the syro router showing me, this cheap dbc is fairly accurate and working fine, additionally as @JB701 mentioned I couldn't able to change the core, but I opened 2 junctions on my fiber and fix the bends a little, making sure that coil has enough space and that cable isn't bend anywhere, it's not best practice but helped me increase power around 0.9 - 1.2,

I have spent a lot of my own time fixing this issue now, if something happens even after this then I'm walking at BSNL Office and Requesting account deletion,

PON POWER , hopefully case closed :
