Poor airtel QoS miserable download speed on 200mbps plan

I am subscribed to 200 Mbps plan(Punjab) and 5 days back I was facing buffering on Netflix lol so I have set up speedtest tracker running speedtest every30 mins . Upload speed is fine throught the day but download speed is straight up miserable and fluctuating . Ont stats are rx-22.3 and tx 2.54db . Complaint has been raised to dsl noc and the engineer had called me to check if it's fixed but it's still the same maybe 10-20% better compared to yesterday. Any fix for it ?

I'm not sure what it has anything to do with QoS but it seems the download speeds stabilize at night and fluctuate in the morning.
I know it is dumb, but just to be sure, have you tried directly dialing pppoe from your computer and testing the speeds?

@Lolita_Magnum Yes , even directly connecting to ont and pppoe on my laptop i am getting miserable performance.

I have the same issue. Download speed is 100-200Mbps during the day time, and upload is 800-900mbps. At night after 11pm download hits 800-900mbps and upload is 800-900mbps too. Idk its congestion issue or what.

@nishantt6969 they fixed the line , but apparently in my router (TP-Link ax10) last update maybe there was a bug as pppoe on my router the speed was about half of my Nokia ont , i have updated my router to latest firmware manually and I'll be comparing it tomorrow now . Today the performance was better than before .
