Poor Connectivity to OVH France servers

Past 10 days I am facing crawling download speed for few servers which are hosted on OVH network.
Everything was fine before these 10 days.
Speed is awesome when I try the same on our local Alliance / Airtel or even BSNL network. Even when I use wireguard via US server or simple VPN, the speed is great. But direct connection is pathetic on Jio.

If possible do test downloading the sample file below on Jio and non jio network. Unless this is resolved, you guys will see the difference for sure.

I have tried the same on Jio Fiber (100 mbps) and Mobile Jio 5G (normally get 300 mbps+), result is the same unusable slow speeds.

It's been to tough to explain to jio that this is not a problem which is happening on my premise or personal conneciton, but throughout Jio network.
When online social team failed to understand they setup a visit. Technician did visit and I was able to show the guy even on his mobile jio network, but his response was to tell me to reset my JioFiber router, which rather than solving my issue, would create further tasks for me to setup everything again.

Feeling hopeless with these dumb guys.
 
Jio seems to have direct peering with OVH, while the Tata transit is traversing via Cogent.
It'd be weird if the slow speeds are due to congestion.
We'd also need a reverse trace from OVH, since the issue is with download.

My download transit is Airtel, and I am getting about ~10Mbps.

I'm currently using Airtel & BSNL,
Both are 100MBPS Plan and getting 75 - 80 MBPS Speed while downloading 1GB.dat File from https://proof.ovh.net/files/

At the end, You are left with only Customer Support & Engineers of JIO which will not get your issue easily or just leave it in your hands.

Try to get your JIO Backend server changed from current one (hard to do but you can request for it)
 
I'm using Jio

There is Nothing wrong with Jio or any other provider in India. I am also facing slow connectivity to ovh network.

The issue is with 3 submarine cable cut in Red Sea which connect Europe to India.

1. SEACOM/Tata TGN-Eurasia
2. Europe India Gateway (EIG)
3. Asia Africa Europe-1 (AAE-1)

90% of Europe-Asia communications flow through these cable including India

Repair can take 10 to 20 Weeks or may be more because of ongoing situation near Red Sea. Currently traffic is routing to alternative options available which is causing congestion.

Can confirm that only Jio is having this issue. Airtel fiber and airtel 5G is downloading it at full speed (300mbps in case of my fiber and around 500-600mbps for my 5G Airtel plan)
