Poor Download Speed on Reliance Jio Fiber from Some Servers

@ankushmalik1120 Two test files are given in the OP. You can check those files. It happens at night. It has been confirmed by a few other users in this post.

@ankushmalik1120 Can you check the download speed of the Hetzner test file given in the OP now?

@lucifer I just checked. Getting full speed on hetzner but 500-600 on ovh. However with cloudfalt warp VPN I'm getting slightly better speed on ovh 400kb-1mbps with random surges to 7-8 but very short.

So it seems it isn't Jio issue but server load.

@lucifer It is infact a Jio issue. With Airtel my friend is getting full plan speed on both servers. With warp, I get full plan speed on both OVH and Hetzner (12.5 MBps). Without VPN, I get around 800 kBps in both servers.

Hetzner file can be downloaded at full plan speed 100Mbps
but for OVH the speed is just 400-500kbps

So this problem has become more grievous now. Earlier it used to happen during peak hours. Now it happens 24*7

@lucifer right now I'm getting full plan speed while downloading Hetzner file, but only 200kB/s for OVH file. On OVH speedtest server I'm getting full plan speed (150Mbps)

I am getting 150 kBps in hetzner at this moment.

Both are hitting close to 1 Mbps for me.
