POOR post FUP speed 500-800kbps

Absolutely correct dude...
i Have been a tikona user for the past 8 months and always my post fup speeds were half of my original speeds ie for my 4mbps plan i get 2 mbps post fup.
But from Jan 1 my post fup speed have been locked at 500kbps and it does not vary upto 2mbps as promised by the customer care which is full of bullshit.
So for anyone intending on taking tikona - from my experience especially in chennai.
Stay far Away !!!!!!!!! from Tikona.

This is bad news, haven't hit FUP this month yet but previously i used to get 2-2.5mbps minimum and 4mbps+ all night.

dude why dont u shift ur plans to sme's one which says 2mbps for 8 am to 8 pm then 512kbps for 867

999 plan - 2 mbps - 50 GB FUP - 500-800 kbps after FUP

Maximum 80GB in 4mbps unlimited home plan.It's their highest. Visit their site T&C.Is there a FUP in unlimited sme plan? Contention ratio Upto 1:30 is mentioned in the website.Its the same trick as in home plan.Any inputs?

I've been using Tikona for a year now. So far it's been brilliant. This ISP plans are the only ones that suit me. Thankfully my FUP speeds are 2-2.5 Mbps.I download about >200 GB per month, This is the best bang for buck.
This view may change if Tikona starts acting up on me as well.
