I purchased few xpon/onu from this DBC brand from SaiNXT Technologies LLP. I requested for few models and after making the payment i realized that that one of the model is different than what i mentioned so i thought to get the excess credit settle soon. I got the package. However, as others their products are chinese and really bad so i asked for my excessive amount as refund to not deal with them in future.
The amount is very tiny, Rs283. It's been like 4-5months following them for refund via WhatsApp and email and not a single reply was given.
They charged a high price for their onu devices even Huawei one cost less.
How to handle people and company like this?
