poor speed in reliance broadband

i took reliance broadband + around 4 days bak n company offered me 3.1mbs speed and am getting only "20-30Kbps" speed for downloading....... plz help me out wot can i do with this shit......

you can probably throw it out or sell it to some poor soul. reliance wireless internet... if you are lucky, you can probably get 30% of the speeds.
