Port forwarding not working

I do have static ip
I did port forward and its saying open as per Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router
but when i launch my page with "PrivateIP: Port" in browser, it doesn't load
am i missing anything ?

Private IP? As in 192.168.x.x? Check your serving applications settings, it's probably assuming it's main ip as wan ip.

What kind of error are we talking about?
What application are you using?
Try accessing your service using, wanip:/port. Does it loads?
Did you put your computer in DMZ?

What kind of error are you getting? It doesn't load, isn't really an explanation.

If it says open, that means your application is port forwarding successfully or another application/service is being forwarded on that port, also try changing the port.

the site simply doesn't load( just looping on Loading...then "This site cant be reached")
I'm able to access it on localhost:8090 but not on publicip:8090

Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router its saying 8090 port open here
