Port Forwarding

I got new connection of airtel Xstream fiber ,they gav me PMG5617-R20B router where port forwarding is greyed out/disable .
I have to configure the port for remote desktop access.
Please let me know the steps and how to ebaled Port forwarding..

It's strange that such a basic functionality is greyed out. Raise a SR with Airtel asking for engg visit to set up router.
I would be interested to see the screenshots of the settings.
when they gave me gmx router I made lot of noise that even basic feature like dhcp ip reservation was missing.
I even wrote to the gms support telling them what they have designed.
finally airtel gave me a zte router

The port forward in this router ZyXEL (PMG5617-R20B)
is not working as expected I tried this setting
NAT=> Port Triggering => Added open and triggering port as same. But this does not open the ports.

Also tried the option in LAN => UPnP but this feature is disabled.

Is anyone able to solve this please help.
