AS i Am new user broad band,so didnt know how to check usage detail, as i am in 600combo plan , I try DATAONE site but it requier portal ID where shud I got from? kindly help. as iam in chhttisgarh.

Contact your nearest telephone exchange/bsnl broadband customer care/customer service center.

portal id is 14 character id .. it would have been given to you by them .. if not you will have to contact them

Go to your nearest exchange ( exchange which is responsible for your dataone connection). Ask there for the SDO (officer). Ask him about your portal id he will tell you or give a response for how to get it. Enjoy Downloading.
