Applied to get a BSNL UPE number ported to Airtel in the same circle but 3 days later, no porting done. The SMS send said that porting would complete by Monday 11:30 which doesn't make sense as 2 days is the allowed limit. Does the limit doesn't include Saturday and Sunday?

No, not as per TRAI's website or Airtel's website. 4 days is for inter-circle.
Yup, got the SMS that porting will be completed tonight. This is ridiculous. When the limit was 7 days, most of my porting used to get completed in 4 days and now when it's 2 days, it's 4 days actual.
