Hey guys I recently got an airtel xtreme Fiber connection, so I surrendered the 5 year old ADSL broadband I had.
It got disconnected on 20 or 21st and now a bill has been generated for the 20 or so days, it's just 539. Now should I pay the bill or not? If I don't, bWill it get adjusted in the security deposit refund ?

It should get adjusted and the remaining should be paid back technically , but consider it as a donation for BSNL Revival Fund .

Tbh I don't think they are in loss especially in J&K after all people can't survive on 2G internet. I still remember few months back my friend was even struggling to get an ADSL connection, they literally stopped giving connection in my area because they had reached maximum capacity. They even charge, insane amounts like 8k for an ADSL connection.
