So, I have sent an email. Sent a DM. Sent a tweet. No response yet. App doesn't show new plans yet.

(Again, no discussion. Just a log of when people are able to migrate and how they were able to get their request processed for reference)

They completely ignored my tweets and dms from yesterday. I sent a tweet again earlier today. They responded. Got a call few minutes back. Took them 30 seconds to take the request. God knows why they are hell bound on making this thing super complicated. Things were simple when you instantly got a call on tweeting. Not that it is the correct way. My relatives cannot use twitter. Now I have to get plans changed for two of my uncles. I have no idea how to get that done until they show the 499 plan in the app.
