All the IPs are non traceable or say not giving any details. Strange.

Jio probably hasn't setup google peering yet that's why high pings maybe ...our cable ISP have google peering so we get low ping ...and some shitty isps fake pings they forward all ICMP to local IP thus creating the illusion of low ping to most used services

^ Airtel doesn't use Google Peering. Neither Hathway (owned by Jio now) used. Both of them have the same/similar pings for every servers in the same geographic range.

Google Peering is not must and isn't the answer why Jio has high ping on certain servers including Google. Like @Shubham is from Utrakhand and he has fine ping for Airtel in Mumbai Server but has poorest ping to Airtel Servers in Delhi. (Makes no sense, but that's where routing is messed up).

It's a case of bit messed up routing for sure. But I think it might be fixed over the time. Main thing that concerns to me right now is the forced DNS.

even my isp forces dns they run a transparent dns proxy on port 53 so all dns traffic on port 53 meant for say google or cloudflare is sent to them and they return the results no speedy way of getting around that and dns over https or tls is slow ..... so no option but using thier dns server .....and i am fine with avarage local routing but all i care about is good external routing to international servers ....
