postpaid fibre without customer consent

jiofibre installed today but in jio app it says it is postpaid. is it right to do this without customer consent? they charged me for 3 months in advance and told me after that i can do monthly recharge

If its recharge, then its Prepaid. For Postpaid, you should get monthly bill.
I think if we do 3 months recharge at first, then installation and/or devices are free. Was any such scheme discussed?

3 month advance plan is typical jio Fiber postpaid but it works same as prepaid

I have activated netflix through jio ott now jow do i cancel it? There is no option on netflix nor on jio app

jio really suks now i as good with airtel but ping wa high in games. is there any way i logout from netflix account in setup box? i clear data of app in settings but when i click netflix again it does not ask for id password again
