Can you ping 1.1.1.1 from the router's diagnostics page?

ping failed for 1.1.1.1 but ping pass for 117.96.122.17 airtel dns so i think as i have static ip and with this i am able to use Internet with this router but only not working with ppoe as i have postaoid Xstream airtel fiber also when i am using my accound number as password with proper @dsl it is not connecting but only connecting when using newuser@airtelbroadband and new pass than connected

Was your connection ever prepaid?

yes earlier but recently changed to postpaid with new static IP

Then use the customer ID found in the prepaid bill as the password for PPPoE and check if PPPoE dials successfully and internet works.

Try and check if the internet is working with your static IP as well in your XC220-G3v.
And what exactly is your use case for enabling bridge mode on your XC220-G3v?
