Ppoe says connected but I'm not getting internet

You are still doing the abstract thing. I don't know what exactly you have done on the ONT. Check the ONT logs to figure it out.
 
It would be easy if you take his help since you are unable to figure it out on your own.
 
ok ...after russian fw update it shows same number or different???
for me it changed from 2.3 to 2.0
 
Get your technician to come home and check + reconfigure your router if necessary. He needs to see the problem at your place before he troubleshoots.
 
ok.... technician fixed it....
He checked the config and all and told that mac spoof was only working where i entered ppoe user id....and rest of interface got different mac address it failed to get internet.....if i can spoof the other interface mac address also it would work.....at the end he requested to reset mac address....boom it started working within 10 min
