I have strabnge probelm. On same line when the net is connected, it could remain connected for days. Am using MT880 Modem Directly connected to phone line . No splitter as we don't need a phone.Other than ISP loaded, I cant think of any problems. It started when I switched form 250 Scheme to 500 . I suppose 500 Scheme is heaviliy loaded.

2.Post Ipconfig /all data
START run type cmd type ipconfig /all

3. Use open DNS 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222


4. In the summary page do you get a "NOTE" icon ?
click it even if the Green button is shown.

5. Check Diagnostics Page.

1. Not able to post attachment. Giving values while BSNL is connect right now and working fine. Upstream DownstreamSNR 7 15.5Attenuation 9.5 5.5Looks like SNR is too low.. Already using OPENDNS in Modem config.4. Yes I get NOTE icon Definately while It's not connecting. Sometimes I've seen that icon while the Net is connected and working. In case of Not working, I click the NOte icon and then it tries to connect to BSNL.

3. Already using OPENDNS in Modem config.
Your IP config does not show Open dns.
Enter in Network Page
Apply Save.


In Modem check Summary page.
On top if Mod selected is ADSL2 + Uncheck .
select it to Gdmt T413 /G lite bitswap enabled. .
in relevant modem settings page.
SAVE reboot.
recheck SNR.
