Private (LAN) network over 150 meters using Ethernet or alternates like Fiber Optic cable

Well it's been a couple of months since the setup is stable but I have not been able to solve the link aggregation problem in Upload speeds !
Everything else works great and I see the benefits of combining two internet connections (300+200 Mbps) in actual download speeds but upload is always only half of Download speeds. This is not a major issue because I'm not a heavy uploader but just plain annoying whenever I see the results :(
Any suggestions on what may be causing this?

Speedtest.net uses multithreaded(multi-server) download, but not upload, so you won't be getting combined upload on Ookla.
