some strange $hit is happening with my connection.you tube videos wont stream for few seconds after clicking a link and when it starts to stream it jumps to 30% streamed.same with streaming sounds,it says buffering and stays like that for some seconds and instantaneously it completely buffers the entire track.if i dl small file say 1 mb,as soon as i click start and completes.my dl speed goes to 400k when i start and then goes back to 50k.???
to check for problems.
