I am using Sterlite Modem from MTNL and two days before my net was down, I called up MTNL guys and they told me that everthing is okey with there part. They told me that there would be some problem on your part i.e Modem.
They also told me that if i have reset the modem or not.
I checked my modem and find out that ACT(active) light don't blink continously.
I reset my modem but still the same problem.
I want to ask if i reset my modem would it be causing the problem.
I checked http://192.168.1.1 and this is working properly.
