Problem In Tata Sky

The cracking sound with MTV is not restricted to Humax box. I experience the same problem with my Thomson boxes also. So it seems the problem with MTV is from the source.

I get the sounds in MTV too, using the Thomson BoxBeen using Tata Sky for nearl 2 weeks now and no real problems, love their quality on the sports channels (ESPNSTAR)My only complain is their software. Can't set remiders for a particular show for the whole month i gotta keep adding them on a weekly or a daily basis

I have found one new problem.Whenever I set a reminder and it is about to start... When the reminder banner appears saying it is about to start.. I click select to switch the channel but the banner just keep there... I click back to cancel the reminder and the banner goes away and comes back in 2 seconds... keeps coming back and won't go away.. I have to reset the STB to remove the banner.Any solutions? Anybody else experiencing the problem?

I faced the sam problem, happens when you more than one reminder in a single time frameThe reminders clashes and the stb kinda looses it and doesn't know what to do

I have found one more problem. When their is a channel showing active sports and (when you are just watching the channel and not in the active sports mode) then when you click the back button to go to the previous channel... it doesen't happen. It takes like 10 fast clicks on the back button to get it too change.Anyone else experience this problem?

That's a software lapse, which i noticed the previous odi between NZ and Eng.I think this happens because, a display comes up saying Press the red button, which in turn blocks the function of switching with the previous channels using the back button...Stupid Menus, there should be a function of disabling active sports..And the other thing that i noticed was that the osd(on screen display) dissappears if your are in active sports mode I hope Tata Sky address all these and other issues before releasing their next upgrade

I have a thomson STB and 2 channels(Sony PIX and Toon disney) skip in 2-3 mins..something like loss of frames this continues for 20 mins or so and then i get a blue screen.. problem gets solved after changing the channel. This happens intermittently. Everything else is perfect.Does anyone experience something like this?

WTF does tat mean ?@raptor_79 : Sony pix works fine for me no glitches. Don't know about Toon disney though
