I am using Netlink for bsnl ftth. Speed is inconsistent, for 200mbps subscription I never seen speed beyond 123mbs. And traceroute is almost always,

Unable to connect to f5 VPN, voice on zoom, teams and webex is not upto the mark. It looks bsnl service engineer is not skilled enough to understand and have sent and email to ftthhelpdesk. No response. Anyway out other than switching from BSNL?
