MTNL Mumbai Problem with Internet since friday

is anyone in borivali - kandivli area facing low net speeds i have an 8 mpbs plan and i am not even getting 1 mbps speed for the past 2 days

Hey guys ...I'm facing the same issue since Saturday..I'm in Borivali (West) is there something wrong at the exchange ...I don't know whats happening with mtnl...I'm on a 8mbps plan and I'm not even getting 1mbps transfer rate...I called up the guys at 1504 and the lady is like did you delete your temp files I'm like wth you must be kidding lady..My whole life depends on mtnl triband and I need speed thats why I opted for 8mbps plan...I hope this thing with mtnl gets sorted out...Anyone has any contact info regarding triband for the worli office? Any help is very much appreciated...Thanks!

^MTNL babus really don't care what your life depends on, they just need paisa, sitting there and chewing paan is all they know.

Facing the same problem since Friday afternoon on BSNL, speed has reduced to around 200 kbps on a 512 kbps unlimited plan

SNR stays above 30d 20u
phone line is clear

Takes 3-4 mins to assign IP on restarting connection
no disconnections

it was working fine till 10 am and now again its slow... whats ur speed can u share the screenshot

my speed is back to normal.. thanks to the people at the exchange.. they r really co-operative..
