try using internet Explorer

You are trying "Always On " connection.
enter userid without @ Bsnl.
Save in Wan Page and go to maintenace
and try SAVE Reboot there.
In same page disable tr_069 client if seen.

has this solved your problem? coz i'm having the same issue now! i keep re-entering the settings, but when i click "save and reboot" it just reset's to the original settings!

no, don't think the ITI DNA-A211-I modem even has a usb port..
i'm now wondering if the firmware has got corrupted. any idea where i can download it?

have also pressed the reset button(the small one you have to poke with a pen or toothpick) but it does'nt solve the issue

If you had purchased the unit from BSNL, they will replace it,
or give some other modem+wifirouter
If on rent no problem. they will exchange it.
Firmware update is risky and you may have a "dead" unit.
Probably the SW version will be what is available
In WIKI herein this forum. confirm.
Software Version: 3.12L.01.A2pB023k.d20k_rc2
