Reliance customer service has greatly improved! Specially with their live chat feature. I was facing random disconnections. Had a live chat with a representative at 9 AM and the issue was resolved by around 12 PM. And it's easier to explain them by typing.

Everything working properly now :)
Just wait till you have a major breakdown , then you will really start liking Reliance.....8-))
Reliance do not pay rent to the landlord where their equipments are installed and the landlord switches off their DLC quiet often and you are without a connection........they do the same thing with their mobile phone tower.......

Reliance no doubt is one of the most mismanaged company in the Indian corporate world with a debt of more then 40,000 crore rupees...they will lay off / transfer about 5500 of its work force very soon ....don't think this company will survive in this competitive world.....They are also trying to sell Flag Telecom (Subsidiary) for a long time to raise fund.......Anil Ambani is a complete failure when it comes to Reliance Communication.......

Past 4 days now in Mumbai facing poor speeds... starts off good and then tapers off....only when I use different dns faster speeds....

nope .. its not working as it should, youtube is crawling slow, browsing is slow, ping to reliance dns is >200ms (but google dns is ~30ms)
wonder what the hell is wrong, any streaming on any site is dead slow even at lowest setting :pissed-off: :angry (): :anger3:

God damn the customer support is way too responsive. Registered a complaint online at around 3 PM. Technician visited just now and resolved the problem too :D
