Problems with Reliance Broadband Thunder Plans

Called them today. New date: 20th April. Lol. I asked if it was network congestion and was told no and that their engineers are working on the DNS servers.

Woah..faith in Reliance losing again...its better to let them do their own thing..

Every day in the morning i have to call their local technicians and give them a complaint no to fix my connection. Will wait for few days and visit mtnl exchange, problem is i dont have mtnl phone line and it will take sometime to get their landline and bb.

Thank lord mine is still working as it should and never having faced any problems since I got the connection, albeit with terrible pings.
