Neither Vodafone is replying here nor on the link posted above. And their Customer care is being handled by Zoozooz and Robots.

Probably you are right ...

CC handled by Zoozoo's is not a problem, they can do good but they don't understand human language ... I guess Vodafone india is busy teaching them our language these days...
