I have two fiber conncetion at home.

Airtel(Just got today)(ZyXEL PMG5617-R20B Modem/Router)
I have following queries regarding Zyxel PMG5617-R20B modem:
1. Where can I get the latest firmware for this. I couldn't find anything related to PMG5617-R20B on Zyxel's official website.
2. I want to remotely access the modem from oustide home home network. For this I navigated to Maintenance-->RemoteMGMP page. But most of the setting are hidden for the end user. To overcome this, I followed this guide: Unlocking Remote Management on ZYXEL Router: Step-by-Step Guide to Access Advanced Settings! - YouTube. But it didn't work for me. Will a fimrware upgrade reveal all hidden options such as remote MGMT?
Planning to setup port forwarding to access raspberry pi file server from outside network. Excitel modem had really limited functionality, so I got new Airtel fiber connection expecting that all advanced features will be usable in Airtel modem/router.
