Generally Jio tests more than 10 different types of shape and size devices of different makers before launching any service. I remembered before launching jio fiber and stb multiple devices images was leaked, some were vertical and some are cylindrical in shape.

Interesting Outdoor CPE units will definitely perform better than indoor ones. This defeats the whole purpose of Air Fibers then. I would like a Single Device that I can move easily inside my Home just like Airtel. Also they shouldn't do drama that your area is covered with Fiber get that, we cannot give Air Fiber to you.
Outdoor units will have sim in them what if somebody steals it?
Also why do they announce things like this without providing enough information.

@Sayantan Yes and they do drama for Jio Link. Its difficult to get it at least in my City. My Area still doesn't have Their Fiber. Adjacent colony does.

The fact that they announced jio fiber and its release date without showing how it looks, how it works, plans, cost etc, is making me go bonkers. who does that? Like for real ! They really suck in communication. It feels like they decided to announce the release date in the last moment.
