Question about BSNL UL-1350 plan.

Hey guys, Have got myself the new UL-1350 upgrade from the previous UL-750.So far,so good! But by the looks of it,some users seem to be a 1:1 ratio whereas am only getting 256k upload! Any idea as to how this is possible? :SHad actually posted this on another forum but the responses were ambiguous.Hopefully someone can tell me where exactly the problem lies or if anyone is facing a similar situation.Thanks

well that depends mate.. some are even getting 2mbps speeds in ul 750 from pune,kerala etc.. not heard of them recently though..You cant do much from your side!!

I too am getting 256 kbps Upload Speed in recently upgraded Plan 1350UL.
Isnt it suppose to be 1:1 down/up rate? like 750UL.

Even my home page of my UT-Star 300R2 Modem shows
DSL Speed: 256/2048kbps even though my planned has changed to 512 kbps. Why?

The upload rate is a little fishy.

well am on 1350ul . my upload is usually 250 to 350 kbps and dlownload 500-650 kbps
