Question on DD direct channels

Hi,
The transponder 11150 V on DD direct has Kairali channel. Sun direct's transponder 11185 V also has this channel. Does that mean i will get two of this channel when i do auto scan?

If they locked the STB then how i am getting all other free channels from DD dierct. Nevertheless, I am getting only one Kairali channel.

While manually scanning the 11150 V (DD direct) it shows nothing to update - means not finding channels. While doing autoscan, it finds the free channels from DD direct!

I think u r manually adding it..me too can do it..bcz i am using Homecast stb..but i think distributors have stopped issuing homecast stb..so for new subscribers they r providing coship..in which they cant add any channels manually:wall:..

what STB u r using..is it coship or Homecast?

Sun direct is on Mpeg 4 and DD on mpeg 2 ?

So? Mpeg4 receivers will receive Mpeg2 no problem. Mpeg2 receivers will receive Mpeg4 but will think it as Radio channel :rofl:
