Question Regarding Limits in 3G plans

Hi,Have a question regarding the limits:1.Is both the download and uploaded counted against the 100 GB limit in the 2500 Plan or just Download?2.Any good Software to monitor the limits? Since i use reconnect, the meter in the dialer is not useful.

excellent tool with additions like netstat, tracert and ping built in.
