Questions on Setting up FTP Server using DynDns

Hello , I would really appreciate some help on this. I have 4 pc's sharing internet over a single adsl modem (dhcp enabled on the adsl modem by mtnl technician) I want to run a ftp server on one of the pc's , I have installed dyndns , have setup serv-u ftp server , now I belive there is some portforwarding needed to be done on the adsl modem , if anyone has first hand experience of setting up an ftp server in such a scenario please share your knowledge with me.

add the IP-address of the PC on which u want to run the FTP server in the portforwarding section of router and port forward port 21 to it

also do the same with your firewall(eg windows firewall)

Can you please explain in a little more detail , also I had read somewhere that portforwarding wont work if I have dhcp enabled, is it correct ?

Yes it is the DSL502T modem.
