Railwire for gaming (PS4)

Hey guys, I think we are just contacting our LCO's and state technical support offices. One of my friend in UP circle got his ports opened, one person as the link I gave in one of my previous post got static IP for free. So, I think we should atleast email the issue to the Mumbai head office of railwire, so that they may take any action for all consumers like us who are using the internet for gaming.

Got the static IP address today and finally the Type 3 issue is resolved now!

Type 1, man that is Open NAT :O :O

You can get Type 1 by connecting PS4 directly to the Optical Network Unit device over PPoE

I got NAT Type 2 by just creating a ticket on their support site. You won't need any static IP they will add you to IP range dedicated to gamers with NAT Type 2.

I too got my NAT type open, I contacted them via Railwire website, a ticket was created and same day they assigned my an IP dedicated for gamers and now I can play games like FIFA, Warzone and GTA which I could not play earlier

This can be requested from long back ago. 2yrs back we had an issue with game server. They assigned it for me without any additional cost. Just tell them u need for console.
