Railwire Frequent Connection Drops

Has anyone facing frequent connection drops in JH circle? 4-7 times a day. Raised ticket but not resolved till now.

This is normal for Railwire, at least in this circle. It has gotten better recently, relatively speaking of course.

Not sure about previous state. I am a new customer, just two months old, and the condition is getting worse than previous month. Is your subnet address is 100.86.XX.XX ?

This is the norm for Railwire . LCO blames Railwire and vice versa. In the last 1 year, i have had times when connection wasn't disconnected for 2-3 weeks. And on some days, it disconnects every 2-3 minutes.
