Railwire Haryana how to contact

Hi, the cable operator in my area has recently started providing Railwire ftth. What are the typical charges for such a connection? And I am not able to get hold of any customer representative on their toll free helpline (have been trying for 3 days). I select my region as Haryana and the music starts, after some time the call disconnects? Is this normal for Railwire, or is it due to the lockdown?

Also, the plans listed on the railwire website are pathetic and the LCO is providing different plans, on the line of 20mbps unlimited @ 599 + GST. So is there any place to check the updated plans.

Hi,

I just booked a new connection for Railwire at Palwal (Haryana). The vendor is providing me different plan which was not there on their website. I called them and checked and they said the plans have revised and not updated on the website yet.

My vendor is giving me 50mbps till 1500GB per month @599/- + 18% GST. I was fed up with BSNL so finally switched to Railwire.
