what you said is correct. i have sent a query, on the day they started this facility. till now i have not received any reply or response why do they promise to give response within 24 hrs of raising the query

Don't belive what TS or its marketing people say. TS or Dish Tv or Reliance(most probably) or Sun dth all their customer services sucks.

Hi all, last friday i raised my query in my Tata Sky and on the next day(saturday) in the aternoon they called me. i don't know why they didn't call rest of the others. let's keep of fingers crossed.

If you raised for particular channels like SS music, they will not answers for your queries. Make sure to ask generally and you will get answers.

Frenz, i tried to log a query on the Tata Sky site under this new section in My account where the Description fields says "800 characters left" but when i typed in my query and clicked Send button then the error message is displayed as "Description should not exceed 60 words".this is ridiculous. Has anyone of you faced the same problem?
