@Navjot SinghAmazon does have a awful pricing on pc parts ,so far i have checked on md computers and prime abgb ,they are cheaper than amazon but still double than what the prices were just a couple of months ago
Since the beginning of 2025 i have been looking to increase my PC storage and i had eventually bought a 1tb nvme ssd for 5k back in may 2025 when the prices were still normal
even then, i had planned to buy a WD Ultrastar 10 TB data center drive for home and prosumer use as its cheaper per TB and costs significantly less than cloud backups of the same
and back in May 2025 it was costing 21-23k on md computers ,Prime abgb and Amazon
but now that same drive costs 30k
after digging for a while, I figured that i also can't find 1tb 3.5 inch HDDs any more
and the prices of 2tb HDD have increased by almost 50%
for example, the WD blue 2tb home HDD used to cost 6k in sept 2025 and has now risen to 9k
