I have a rcom CDMA mobile.As per message received I got 4g sim ,put in 4g lte mobilr,paid activation recharge ofRe..1,received confirmation.CDMA mobile stopped working.but 4g was not .So,visited Reliance mobile gallery at Naupada,Thane.They checked the phone and verified the settings and said it will now work,but internet will not be available for sometime.I checked the phone by making a call,also received one call.After returning home,I found that " No signal"
Is shown on screen.Customer care number is not helpful as executives are busy always ,no contact even after waiting and listening music for 20_25 minutes.My two friends also are experiencing same problem for more than 10_15 days.Visits to their galleries are not helpful.We are stranded without mobile connection.
